Chapter Five: My North Dakota Family Album
During a North Dakota visit I was invited to participate in a séance. During the séance it was revealed - in a previous life - I was the child of two other participants. They now call me son and I call them mom and dad. Thanks to Nina, family is now anything I want it to be. As a consequence, I began to consider the Family Photo Album in broader terms. The contemporary version of my own family album lives on social media. Directly influenced by my project, I generate four Family Albums per year on Facebook, one for each season. These images represent my North Dakota family.
